HP Communications will be trenching on Hickman Field Drive and Convoy Court between the hours of 9:00 pm and 5:00 am 11/29-12.17. The 24 hour contact is Cliff Young at 951.60.-5560. The number for the Neighborhood Code Compliance Division’s Intake Line (between 9am-3pm) is 619.236.5500. If you call Code Enforcement (as I did) they will refer you to Field Services at 858.627.3200. Ask for the Supervisor to make your concerns known. Additionally, you can call the people who issued the overnight permit at 619.446.5000.
