Each month with the resident bills we send out a Bulletin containing Park news and reminders. Below you’ll find Monthly Bulletins from the current year.

Tree trimming-The tall palms are being trimmed on Monday and possibly Tuesday-June 1st and 2nd.
Hydrant Annual Test-On June 9th, our contractor Firewatch will be here to test the hydrants. This usually stirs up sediment in the pipes so your water may look discolored. Run your hose or sink and it will clear.
Roadwork Repair-On June 15th, 16th, and 17th our streets will be repaired.
Road Seal-Road seal will be happening in July. We will not be offering driveway seal.
