The City of San Diego, Permit Issuance and Code Enforcement Division of the Development Services Department will be conducting an inspection of your mobilehome park as required by law.  The inspection will be conducted 10.18.21-10.22.21.  The inspection will include, but not be limited to, the general park areas, buildings, equipment and utility systems of the park, each individual lot, and the exterior of the homes and accessory structures.

Specific information about the inspection is available in a booklet titled “Mobilehome Park Inspection – Resident Information Booklet.” Supplies of these booklets and a video were provided to the park operator.
